The authoritative service agreement governing the use of DTOS platform and transformation advisory modules.
1. Acceptance & License Scope
Accessing or subscribing to DTOS V2.0 constitutes formal acceptance of these enterprise terms between the tenant and DTOS.
DTOS grants the organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription license to utilize digital maturity assessment, gap analysis, and roadmap governance features.
2. Deterministic Logic & AI Advisory Disclaimer
Maturity scores, gap severities, and initiative priority rankings are computed via deterministic mathematical formulas unaffected by stochastic AI outputs.
AI diagnostic summaries and advisory responses constitute strategic recommendations requiring internal enterprise review and approval before execution.
3. Role-Based Access Governance
Tenants are responsible for role assignments and permissions granted to team members adhering to least-privilege standards.
Credential sharing and attempts to bypass role boundaries are strictly prohibited.
4. Service Level Agreement & Data Resilience
DTOS targets 99.9% operational availability with automated point-in-time backups and multi-region replication.
Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated to organization owners at least 48 hours in advance.
