DTOS V2.0 is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of all organizational data, strategy files, and diagnostic records processed within enterprise workspaces.

This policy applies to all subscribed organizations and authorized enterprise users accessing the platform.

All database schemas, vector embeddings (pgvector), and assessment records are strictly isolated at the server layer through mandatory Tenant ID context and RLS policies.

Cross-tenant access or retrieval is architecturally blocked by design across all system operations.

DTOS strictly guarantees that tenant documents, assessment responses, and AI advisor conversations are NEVER used to train, fine-tune, or improve public or commercial AI models.

AI processing is restricted entirely to ephemeral in-context inference tied solely to authorized tenant sessions.

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3, and data at rest is encrypted using standard AES-256 algorithms.

All uploaded documents undergo automated anti-malware and executable inspection prior to vector chunking.

Enterprises retain full ownership to export organizational data, request irreversible deletion, or inspect audit telemetry.
